Most Dell systems are well designed so that accessing the HDD/SSDs is pretty straight forward. I updated my BIOS to A19, and everything was working fine. am i correct, philip? Please note that if the A02 or before A02 BIOS is currently installed on your system, you must first update to A03 BIOS and then flash to the latest A-rev BIOS. As a rule of thumb systems with a BIOS revision <2011 won’t have a UEFI BIOS and Windows 10 will have to be installed in MBR. see here

The Universal (Windows/MS DOS) format can be used to install from any Windows or MS DOS environment. Chrome seen to be fine. Why I am not able to boot into Windows ? This feature is not available right now.
