Also, when this laptop was new, my typing would vanish from the page without warning or notice. Checked Bios, everything is fine in there. How? I have an Inspiron 17 7779 which just received a Bios update using Windows Update. I've updated to Windows 8.1 then Windows 10, but now after this lastest update, it works only when he want to. When I go now to the DELL touchpad software, there aren't any options anymore for 4 finger gestures.
