Bios Black Screen

Windows would not boot. Don't have to remove the battery, just need to short the CLRTC pins and it will boot, but the next time I shut down all the way, have to repeat the This Uefi shit and NVMe stuff suck! I find this very weird as I can still see the ASUS splash screen every time I boot up my computer.
