Actually, it's not ok to run chckdsk on that HDD, on another PC, because that PC has another hardware configuration. From "Intel Smart Response Technology" to AHCI, and then Windows could start. The default option was AHCI so then what I did was pick ATA instead of AHCI. Rebuilding the boot.ini doesn't work. it doesn't matter from inside or out. ( USB maybe ) if so remove the device and start again! on both the restore program and the windows xp disc i let it sit for atleast a 1/2 hour and i tried them both more then once. Thanks in advance.
