In the end it turned out to be the New RAM and it was replaced by Corsair. Make and model ETC of motherboard, RAM, SSD and GPU along with power supply. See attachement. I guess this is a step up? If you are NOT TOTALLY CONFIDENT with registry work, then it's far better to not attempt to make changes. I've had memtest86+ running for almost a whole day with no issue.

I also ran the diagnostic tool again today. And it does also show an error with the video card back in late Oct. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. I currently have 320.18 installed.
