BSOD On Windows 8.1 Pro: Memory_corruption & Ntkrnlmp.exe

Sometimes ntkrnlmp.exe but mostly ntoskrnl.exeHello, all. i tried to analyse with WhoCrashed, and the message says that it was caused by ntkrnlmp.exe. Ran memtest86+ on both DIMMs overnight. I will do each DIMM separately after my trip away with work but until then can we temporarily exclude the RAM as I don't believe this is the problem? his comment is here

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. The 2 0x109 BSODs are kernel corruption. I'm wondering if this could be related or is totally independent of the other issue. My System Specs You need to have JavaScript enabled so that you can use this ...

What you install after you leave us. . . It is to say at the least a wild-card and its removal means one less item that is a possible contributing factor to the BSODs. Last edited by schmitta1573; 08 Feb 2014 at 15:04.

Thanks, Abhishek.

Please make a screenshot of the first tab of CPU-Z. Things I have tried: Running memtest86+ with both DIMMs installed, which passed (no errors) with 2 attempts after about 75 minutes. Many thanks again! If it were me, I'd go into the bios and set the RAM voltage to ~1.45v, test and if necessary, try 1.5v.

I have checked the process and can confirm it comes from the System32 folder, see attached screenshot. Help me please! The time now is 21:51. http://evendirectory.com/bsod-on/bsod-on-new-windows-8-installation.html However, I did identify some files (see attached screenshot) leftover which I have now sent to the recycle bin.

I've had it since mid December of 2013, and after about a month of owning it I experience the first BSOD induced restart. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time. I have had a look and looks like in BIOS, storage, RAID mode is enabled, I have changed it to AHCI.

Always note this address as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
