You may well find that some core Windows files have been corrupted during the BSOD events. System was completely stable prior to Windows 10 Pro upgrade (currently running image 10.0.10240.16384). If you see this notification, the most likely reason is that your graphics card driver for your graphics card stops responding. Windows might stop and restart the driver to fix the problem.
