I also checked the page for my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H) for new drivers, but they offer the same version (220.127.116.11) which I already installed from qualcomm. The l1c63x64.sys error may be attributed to some registry errors caused during any software installations or malware actions.
I know that one of the problems is the Qualcomm Atheros drive, but there is not any driver for Windows 10 in the Atheros web site.

Uninstall BullGuard, the built in firewall is creating problems for the NIC. Right, any hardware test can be inaccurate as it might not detect it failing.
