Did you boot from the memtest86+ CD and check your system memory. After putting the hard drive from my other PC I occasionally got the same error. Perform the test RAM sticks individually as well as all possible combinations. Now after I idle for roughly 5 to 10 mins I get the error and it restarts the pc. Please upgrade to the Anniversary version and apply updates, then see how things are. Post back with the results. By now it seems like updating OpenVPN and disabling the Nvidia Streamer solved the problem. It used to only occur during gaming, but now can occur when I'm only browsing on Google Chrome.

I googled this error and ran the SFC Scanner, which returned with this message; Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Deleting a lone exe (especially for Reader) won't do this, but there are better ways to stop these things from running.
