Removing the card is next on the list. Pulling one 2gb RAM out allowed it to boot further than the windows logo. But every five days or so, the machine simply crashes with no warning. Please remove any Virtual CD program such as Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%, they use sptd.sys, which I found in the loaded driver, it is well known for causing BSOD.

ASAP, please .... My recommendations were given above.
