So when i wake up laptop, it shows me windows login screen, and when i login it eather goes BSOD, or it wont load anything except desktop background.

As it tried to resume windows, I got the BSOD. This means a hard coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted /NODEBUG. They have also offered, if it can't be fixed, to build me an entire new machine (at no cost). But ZA is a known BSOD causer and it is a standard procedure to remove all known blue screen causing programs while troubleshooting.
