Safe Mode works just fine. So I went ahead and went into bios settings by clicking on f2 at the start, and chose change to default setting and exited, and out of the blue IT WORKED Warning: if you choose to "Restore Factory Settings" you will lose everything - all your files, downloads, programs you installed after getting your laptop like MS Office, Photoshop, etc. Check This Out Then I tried to do system restore point and reboot.
