Open Device Manager and remove the Display Driver. I have re-installed windows 10 10-20 times. Somehow we all got duped into buying a card released too soon with way too many power and driver issues and we basically paid to be beta testers. Comment only on the article. So as you can see, it's not a simple process to diagnose. It turns out that when I would walk away from my computer and pass by my tower (within inches) the computer screen goes black. If I hit "restart" the computer shut down, then will hang at the "Dell" screen permanently.
Additional batteries are affected. It is thus "low power" rather than idle. Never bought a Radeon card for me. Created by Anand Khanse.
Check the Default Display Once in the Safe mode, you have to check the different displays attached to the computer. Edit: I just updated drivers for motherboard and video card and ran virus scans, still having the same issue. Reply endework abera December 26, 2016 at 9:58 am my pc is dell window10. I have a cursor but I can't get the computer to "wake-up." The only way to get out of the blue screen is by shutting the computer off and rebooting. I tried and bateria to reset the PC, the same chipset but nothing!
Uninstall the Device Driver for Display and Auto-install If the above does not work, boot again using the Installation media and go to the Safe mode.
