there are subcodes listed in the memory dump as to the reason for the shutdown. Recently I've been getting plagued with BSOD's ranging from system_service_management, memory_management, and irql_not_less_or_equal. Currently the RAM is at 1333 and it boots to the desktop just fine. I'm out of suggestions.
