you need to open the iso then copy all the system to your usb, then put ur usb in the usb drive and open it and click on setup.exe this applies I do not remember doing that at all. Martín Worked fine for me, too. So much for buying a new PC…. official site
Windows 10 Won't Start Up
It sounds like the hard drive is toast. Choose the IDE CD-ROM and not the IDE HDD, because you want to reboot from the CD, not the hard drive, since your hard drive is in trouble. So I can't boot from a cd and get to the screen with the chkdsk/r etc. No XP disc, and no repair option.

It worked! After I read your post, I went back and it worked PERFECT! The repair install tutorial includes a link for obtaining a legal install disk for your specific Windows 7 edition. (See the 3rd entry in the red "Warning" box for the link for your options.
However if you have upgraded from Windows 7 or 8 to Windows 10, you do not need to install Windows 7 or 8 and then upgrade to 10 again. You'll need a Windows 7 w/SP1 install disk and your 25 digit Product Key in case you need to reactivate with Microsoft. Hve prompt…no idea what to do…can anyone help ?
